The Faísas Wind Complex consists of 5 wind farms located in the municipality of Trairí, Ceará. The wind farms have a total of 65 wind turbines, 61 wind turbines of the Suzlon S95 model and 4 wind turbines of the Suzlon S97 model, each with an individual Nominal Power of 2.1 MW and a total Installed Power of 136.5 MW.
The 5 wind projects at the Faísas Wind Complex were winners of the second reserve energy auction (“LER”) of 2009, at a PPA value of R $ 152.69 / MWh, with a current value of R $ 263.8 / MWh .

The Small Hydroelectric Power Plant Rincão is of the “run-of-the-river” type and stands out for having a low degree of environmental impact, in view of the low magnitude of the flooded area. With an installed capacity of 10MW, the project is located in the northwest of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, on the Ijuizinho River, in the Ijuí River Basin, which flows into the Uruguay River. The physical guarantee of the project is 4.6 average MW, corresponding to a capacity factor of 46.0%, which should result in an annual energy generated of 40,296 MWh. PCH Rincão sold 4.04 MWm under the 1st reserve energy auction (“LER”) in 2016, at a PPA value of R $ 228 / MWh, with a current value of R $ 251.64 / MWh.
